Palm Beach GardensDivorce Attorney

Divorce counsel for Palm Beach Gardens clients navigating property, support and parenting decisions. GFC LAW serves the tri-county area from Fort Lauderdale.

Divorce & family matters

Coordinate the decisions and the next steps.

When property, family schedules and an active court case overlap, organization matters. Begin with the pending deadlines, the people involved and the practical arrangements the case may require.

Real estate and other interests

List the property, financing and business or investment interests that may need attention. Explain what records are available and what remains uncertain.

Property questions

Income and support obligations

Discuss current earnings, recurring costs and existing support terms. A change in income is an issue to evaluate, not an automatic change to an order.

Alimony and finances

Parenting across households

Bring an outline of school, work, travel and exchange arrangements. Identify any proposed change that may affect the children’s routine.

Parenting plans

Existing cases and orders

Tell us the assigned court, case stage and upcoming events. If a final judgment exists, identify the specific terms or changes you want to discuss.

Post-judgment questions

Confirm logistics before you travel.

  • Any case number, notice and assigned-judge information
  • Your availability and the issues you need to prioritize
  • How requested documents should be delivered securely

Your first conversation

Know what to expect.

Start with a call or a consultation request. Our intake team will help you understand the next step and coordinate an appointment with Gary.

$200

Initial consultation
Waived if you were referred to the firm.

  1. Contact the intake team.

Tell us the type of matter, whether anything has been filed and whether a deadline is approaching. Please do not send detailed case narratives or confidential documents through the website.

  2. Discuss the issues with Gary.

Bring your questions and a broad picture of your priorities. Ask intake what to prepare and how any requested documents should be provided securely.

  3. Decide on representation.

If the firm can take your matter, discuss the scope of work, initial retainer and billing terms before engagement. Booking a consultation does not itself retain the firm to handle your case.

Before you call

A few common questions.

Can I assume my hearing will be at the North County Courthouse?

No. A courthouse’s proximity or available services does not confirm the location or format of a particular hearing. Check the notice and assigned-judge instructions, and raise any uncertainty with your attorney.

What should I confirm when arranging a consultation from Palm Beach Gardens?

Confirm the date, meeting location or available meeting format, fee policy and any requested preparation with intake. Tell us about approaching deadlines before scheduling. We do not have a Palm Beach Gardens branch office.

How much will representation cost?

The initial consultation is $200, waived for referrals. Representation is a separate engagement. The initial retainer and ongoing billing depend on the matter and will be discussed before you decide to hire the firm. A retainer is not a promise of the total cost of a divorce.

How long could my divorce take?

Timing depends on the issues, financial information, cooperation between the parties and the court schedule. We can discuss the factors affecting your situation at the consultation; there is no single timeline that fits every case.
