Zachary manages firm operations across multiple areas, including marketing, client intake, drafting legal documents, website development, technology implementation, and overall case management organization. He is responsible for creating and maintaining the firm’s digital infrastructure, streamlining workflows, managing software systems, coordinating communications, and ensuring that deadlines and internal processes are executed with precision. His ability to integrate technology with legal operations has helped position the firm for scalable and sustainable growth.
