Celetti, Jr. spent two decades as a decorated law enforcement officer in Broward County, Florida and he has dedicated his entire career to the pursuit of justice.  Gary earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.  During law school, he received numerous accolades including highest grade, book awards, and earned the Dean’s list on several occasions.  Upon graduating from law school, he was accepted into the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Gary practiced alongside some of the best legal professionals in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Gary is the founding member of GFC LAW, PLLC and he primarily focuses on Marital and Family Law, Domestic Violence Law, and Criminal Defense.  Gary is a fierce advocate for his clients, and he takes great pride in specializing in the needs of First Responders and Public Service Professionals across the State of Florida.  As a former first responder, Gary has witnessed firsthand the stress, emotion, and health complications that affect families when confronted with a divorce.     

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Gary was a sworn Florida law enforcement officer for twenty years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant.  Gary specialized in crimes against people, investigating cases in the area of Homicide, Robbery, Domestic Violence, Sexual Battery, and property crimes.  He has experience with coordinating complex forensic investigations domestically and internationally, including highly detailed collaborative coexistence with multidisciplinary local and federal agencies.  He has testified in court on forensic investigation techniques and has extensive training in the areas of human behavior and deception detection.  Gary is part of a small list of lawyers within the State of Florida who were also law enforcement officers before pursuing their legal career.  Gary invites you to review his curriculum vitae, located below in PDF, for an in depth look into his training over the past twenty years.

Attorney Gary F. Celetti is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Family Law Section. In 2019, he was appointed to the Equitable Distribution Committee for the Florida Bar Family Law Section.  In his spare time, Attorney Celetti enjoys spending time with his family, his dogs, and any activity on the open ocean.
